Job Description:
• Make outbound cold calls using an auto dialer to potential business owners interested in MCA funding.
• Follow a provided script and adapt conversations to effectively qualify prospects.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and update the CRM accordingly.
• Overcome objections and build rapport with business owners to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes within the CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Utilize company-provided Google Voice and work email for professional communication.
• Stay updated on MCA industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits.
Requirements:
• MUST HAVE previous experience in MCA cold calling / appointment setting.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience working with an auto dialer and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle objections and build relationships with business owners.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
