As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support the organization's mission, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings and requisitions, ensuring accurate and timely updates across all hiring platforms
- Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, including job fairs, social media, and professional networks
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire and retention rates) to optimize hiring efforts
- Ensure seamless communication through the ADP recruitment module, keeping all candidate statuses up to date
- Monitor external job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing postings to maximize visibility and candidate flow
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals who align with AMFM Healthcare’s values and culture
Skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass an ADP Criminal Background Screen
- Comfortable using computers, electronic systems, and digital communication tools
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
