We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support Medicare membership growth and retention. In this role, you will assist prospective members, brokers, and internal partners with enrollment and sales-related inquiries while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant documentation. You will play a key role in delivering a positive first impression and supporting both sales and operational goals.
This is a Monday through Friday daylight position, however, occasional evening shifts may be required to support business needs.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Enrollment Support
• Handle inbound calls and complete outbound follow-ups related to Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plans (SNP)
• Assist members, brokers, and internal teams with enrollment questions, application status, and next steps
• Support enrollment processes, including follow-ups for signatures and required documentation
• Provide accurate information on plan benefits, eligibility, and timelines
Customer Service
• Deliver professional, responsive, and high-quality service across all interactions
• Resolve routine inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate teams
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and CRM tools
• Documentation & Systems
• Accurately document all interactions in CRM and enrollment systems
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to support inquiries
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Compliance & Process Adherence
• Follow Medicare regulations, CMS guidelines, and internal policies
• Adhere to established workflows, scripts, and documentation standards
• Escalate complex or high-risk issues as appropriate
• Team & Operational Support
• Meet productivity, schedule, and service level expectations
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and process updates
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
