• Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual requirements
• Negotiate plan details and enrollment terms to secure the best fit for each client
• Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-up calls, and benefits administration records
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality during all interactions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that expand outreach and improve customer engagement
Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales environments
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plans effectively
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Multilingual capabilities or bilingual proficiency enhance outreach efforts
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensures compliance when handling sensitive information
• Experience in benefits administration, customer service, and marketing strategies enhances overall performance

Who We’re Looking For
