DEPARTMENT Operations: Client Experience

PURPOSE
The Medical Specialist ensures accurate, high-quality medical documentation that supports successful outcomes for clients applying to the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) and the Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). This role gathers, reviews, and processes medical records, collaborates cross-functionally, and maintains workflow discipline to ensure timely and complete upstream deliverables. The Medical Specialist combines strong communication and service skills with working knowledge of medical terminology and program requirements.
