Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
Analyze images and provide accurate interpretations to aid in patient treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians to discuss imaging results and treatment options
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care
Stay current with technological advancements in radiology
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Educate patients on imaging procedures and safety protocols
Adhere to regulatory and safety standards in all imaging practices
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Radiology
Experience in a clinical radiology setting preferred
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to continuous education and professional development
Knowledge of imaging technology and procedures
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p) + 12 weekends per year
No call requirement
Setting: Remote
Daily Volume: 65-75 RVUs
Case Types: Broad skillset, heavy outpatient volume
Duties: ED and inpatient coverage, including strokes
EMR: Epic
PACS: Intellispace
Dictation: Powerscribe
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
