We're looking for a Marketing Specialist, Communications to lead and coordinate companywide communications across internal teams and external audiences. This role serves as the central owner of messaging, working closely with sales, product, marketing, and customer teams to ensure communications are clear, consistent, on brand, and effective.
Requirements
- Develop and execute communication strategies that improve brand visibility and customer engagement
- Write and manage compelling content across multiple channels (email, campaigns, announcements, etc.)
- Ensure brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all communications
- Partner with marketing and product teams to align messaging with business objectives

- Create feedback loops with sales teams to improve content effectiveness
- Keep internal teams informed through consistent, clear communication
- Track how communications impact sales performance
- Collaborate across departments to develop integrated communication strategies
- Support marketing campaign launches and cross functional execution
- Conduct basic market research to identify messaging opportunities
- Improve communication workflows and intake processes for efficiency
- Track communication performance and engagement metrics
