About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Creative Operations Assistant to support both the operational and creative side of a growing digital marketing agency. You'll help keep projects organized, coordinate social media content, and assist with graphics and short-form videos while working closely with a collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a creative agency environment.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in marketing operations, social media, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Basic experience scheduling and publishing social media content.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written English and clear communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable following established processes (SOPs).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialPilot).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Creative eye for social media content and branding.
- Experience creating or editing short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
