As part of the commercial segment of Everforth, we are committed to driving the next wave of global IT services and digital transformation.JOB DESCRIPTION Everforth Apex is seeking a Managing Consultant with strong consultative skills to act as an Enterprise Solution Architect within our Consulting Practice as part of our Everforth Apex Solutions Delivery Organization. This role will lead hybrid teams of internal and external product managers, architects, and engineers to design, develop and deliver digital solutions for Everforth Apex clients, focusing on enterprise architecture solutions (governance, delivery and support). This role will also provide technical subject matter expertise and will help to mentor Everforth Apex’s internal technical Consultants in their career growth and development. This role will be responsible for client deliverables and internal leadership of technical consulting professionals.RESPONSIBLITIES· Build strong client, industry and technical community relationships and represent Everforth Apex as leaders in Industry and Professional events and communities. Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.· Demonstrate expert-level technical knowledge, skills, and effective professional consulting skills. Serve as a subject matter expert. Build trust and respect among internal and external stakeholders and model collaborative teamwork.· Lead team members and direct reports to produce high quality deliverables, meet project deadlines, and take responsibility for engagement and team success. Coach and manage direct reports, maintaining strong employee engagement and productivity. Demonstrate a passion for quality and process improvement. Lead the development, growth, and success of your team, developing professionals for the next stage of their careers.· Demonstrate professional level consulting skills, leadership skills and executive level communication/ presentation skills. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to acquire skills to meet business needs.· Participate in sales pursuits through providing technical guidance, estimates, scoping and other pre-sales activities. Continually innovate, seek creative solutions, and find new ways of adding value. Listen and seek to understand the client and meet their needs, providing consultative guidance. Stay attuned to the future needs of the client and work with internal resources to identify opportunities. Proactively provide solutions and approach adversity with a solution-focused mindset.Support proposal efforts: proposing solutions, engagement structure, pricing, staffing plans, and team design, and providing work effort estimation.· Contribute to execution toolkits, templates, and methodologies to support the delivery of the integration services and offerings and create deliverable templates to facilitate repeatable project execution.· Lead client engagements performing GenAI tool-based code assessment and maturity reviews. Providing client roadmaps and maturity artifacts.o Code scanning and maturity reviewso Review as-is patterns and define to-be deployment patterns· Support implementation during the execution phase by providing leadership and high-level oversight of engagement teamwork product to ensure successful delivery of the overall technical solution for the client. May also perform delivery and development activities on select engagements as needed.· Conduct enterprise level technical assessments for clients, recommending best-in-class technology solutions, industry trends, and best practices to modernize applications.· Collaborate closely with consulting practice leadership to ensure Everforth Apex has the internal talent to drive successful engagements and collaborate closely with Engagement Management leadership to ensure assigned resources have the necessary skills.· Support the establishment of internal Centers of Excellence or Communities of Practice to help build the consulting community and upskill where neededJOB REQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience in a client-facing role in professional services or consulting7+ years of experience in Software Engineering roles including software architecture and full stack development.
