The Opportunity: Manager of Elite Customer Experience

We are seeking a customer-obsessed, deeply empathetic, and analytically sharp professional to join careerzynith as our Manager of Elite Customer Experience. This is not a typical support manager role — it is a senior individual contributor and team leadership opportunity at the intersection of white-glove concierge service, fintech operations, and product strategy. You will serve as the trusted point of contact for our highest-value customers and as the internal voice of those customers across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
