About the Role
As an Expert Contributor, you will use your real-world experience to design and execute tasks that reflect how people actually interact with AI systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Claiming tasks across key social services and public benefit services that people commonly ask AI to help with, starting with finding the best loan and financial services options available for someone with limited resources, and applying. Tasks may include comparison of interest rates, fees, and total repayment amounts across loans (flat vs. reducing balance interest, hidden charges) and comparing formal vs informal credit terms (mobile money loans, MFIs, moneylenders). Other tasks include seeking low-cost or free medical and mental health care, applying for disability, shopping for health insurance plans, applying for SNAP, SSDI, Medicaid, etc.
• Writing a clear, realistic prompt for the task
• Executing the task and providing evidence of completion
• Writing a detailed evaluation rubric to assess AI performance on that task
Working Hours & Flexibility
• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
Additional Details
• This is an ongoing research project with long-term potential
• A desktop or laptop computer is required (Chromebooks are not supported)

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
