Livestream Event Support Specialist

Job Description: • Monitor live streams during events to ensure proper resolution, frame rate, aspect ratio, and audio quality • Review video quality including color accuracy, exposure, sharpness, and overall visual performance • Listen to live audio feeds to confirm clarity, consistency, and appropriate levels • Verify accuracy of on-screen graphics, overlays, text, and other visual elements • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time during live productions • Communicate promptly with internal teams, videographers, and clients to report issues and coordinate next steps • Escalate complex issues when needed while maintaining a calm, professional presence • Support multiple live events simultaneously when required Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in AV, live production, IT, or a related technical role • Hands-on experience with live streaming or video production environments • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think clearly under pressure • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once • Strong Windows/PC proficiency • Experience working with OBS, vMix, or similar live video switching software • Background in AV production, audio engineering, networking, or IT support • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach • Comfort working during live events with a strong sense of urgency Benefits: • 100% remote role • Hands-on exposure to live event productions • Collaborative, fast-paced team environment • Opportunity to grow technical and production expertise
