We are a growth marketing agency serving DTC and ecommerce brands.
We're looking for an Email Marketing / Lifecycle / Retention Manager to own email and SMS strategy and execution across our client portfolio.
This is a long-term contract with potential to go full-time.
You'll be doing the work hands-on, but this is also a client-facing role. You'll be interfacing directly with brand founders and marketing leads, primarily in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle ecommerce.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end execution and optimization of lifecycle journeys across segmentation, lifecycle, and retention strategies tailored to each client
- Run A/B tests to discover best combination of subject lines, preview text, copy, CTAs, and timing to improve email performance
- Dive into the analytics to uncover opportunities within segmentation, flow analytics, creative, and any other aspects to improve the program
- Lead client relationship management and communications through bi-weekly strategy and reporting calls and Slack communication between meetings
- Build, manage, and optimize email and SMS flows and campaigns in Klaviyo, Attentive, and Postscript
- Own reporting and performance insights for lifecycle channels
What we're looking for:
- Background in ecommerce lifecycle marketing, ideally with fashion and beauty brands
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, and/or Postscript
- Comfortable in a client-facing role with clear, confident communication
- Based in or available during Eastern time zone hours
