Job Summary / Who This Is For Agents tired of cold calling· buying bad leads· ready to plug into a real system We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Life Insurance Strategist to join our team and drive innovative insurance solutions for our clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in insurance sales, retail sales, and outside sales to develop tailored life insurance strategies that meet diverse customer needs. Using our Proprietary Buyer Intelligence System Your ability to communicate effectively, will be essential in building strong client relationships and expanding our reach. What Makes Us Different Proprietary Buyer Intelligence System (100+ pre-qualified contacts/month) Speak with individuals already interested in coverage Focus on closing deals, not chasing leads Full support system and fast-track carrier appointments Responsibilities • Utilize our Proprietary Buyer Intelligence System • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals • Negotiate policy terms and benefits with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement • Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration to ensure seamless service delivery • Maintain excellent customer service by providing ongoing support, answering inquiries, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance product visibility and client engagement • Stay informed on industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance when applicable, to uphold ethical standards and legal requirements Skills • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Strong ability to clearly articulate product benefits and address client concerns • Proficiency in sales administration software and analysis tools for market research and performance tracking • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to insurance products and benefits administration processes • Exceptional customer service skills combined with a professional demeanor and active listening abilities Join us as a Life Insurance Strategist and become a vital part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to empowering individuals through personalized insurance solutions.
