Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation: Base Salary + 10% Commission Overview Tax Brilliance Advisors is seeking a licensed Life Insurance Closer to convert pre-qualified, strategy-driven appointments into placed policies. This is a closer-only role. You will not be responsible for generating leads or prospecting. All appointments are pre-approved and scheduled with individuals who have already engaged in tax planning and are positioned for implementation. Your role is to confidently guide clients through Indexed Universal Life (IUL) solutions and close policies aligned with their financial strategy. What You’ll Be Doing • Conduct scheduled client appointments (no cold calling or prospecting) • Present and close life insurance policies ranging from $5,000–$35,000 in annual premium • Clearly communicate the value of IUL within a tax and wealth-building framework • Handle objections and guide clients to confident decisions • Manage the full closing process: • Review of illustrations • Application completion • Submission and follow-up • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience What You Won’t Be Doing • Cold outreach or lead generation • Community canvassing or outside sales • Low-quality, high-volume transactional sales Qualifications • Active Life Insurance License (Required)- Multi State Preferred • Experience selling life insurance (IUL experience strongly preferred) • Proven ability to close deals in a structured sales environment • Strong communication, objection handling, and presentation skills • Ability to follow a proven sales process while maintaining authenticity • Highly organized and able to manage multiple client cases Compensation Structure • Base Salary (W-2 position) • 10% Commission on placed policies • Consistent pipeline of pre-qualified appointments provided Success in This Role Looks Like • High close rate on scheduled appointments • Consistent policy placement within the $5K–$35K range • Strong client satisfaction and follow-through • Efficient handling of daily appointment volume Why Join Tax Brilliance • No prospecting — focus purely on closing • Predictable schedule (9–6 structure) • Integrated into a high-level tax strategy ecosystem • Opportunity to grow into senior sales or leadership roles What We Offer • Base salary (W-2 position) for stability • 10% commission on placed policies • Pre-set, pre-qualified appointments (no cold calling) • Consistent daily calendar of opportunities • Supportive team and proven sales process • Opportunity for advancement into senior or leadership role Who this role is for A disciplined closer who thrives in a structured environment, values consistency, and wants to focus on executing at a high level with qualified opportunities.
