Role Overview
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW in California for a full-time remote telehealth role supporting clients through individual therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care.
What You Will Do
Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients, complete clinical assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Previous experience providing individual therapy or behavioral health services
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong documentation skills and understanding of clinical charting requirements
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for remote therapy
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based care, trauma-informed therapy, or solution-focused therapy
