Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) - Clinical Partner to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead clinical interventions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide expert behavioral analysis to support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Duties
• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care strategies
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff in delivering high-quality care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Participate in intake processes, patient care planning, and ongoing clinical consultations to optimize treatment outcomes
Skills
• Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods
• Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavioral interventions
• Familiarity with special education practices and patient assessment procedures
• Ability to communicate complex medical terminology clearly to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of medical records and patient information
• Competence in conducting diagnostic evaluations within a behavioral health context
