Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy professional to manage court hearing coverage through scheduling, dispatching, and real-time coordination. This role also supports client communication and outbound outreach in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch attorneys for high-volume daily hearings
Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps
Confirm assignments and ensure accurate, full coverage
Communicate with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless service
Conduct outbound calls to schedule hearings and support client needs
Track metrics, maintain scheduling data, and support reporting
Partner with internal teams to improve processes and execution
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Pay Range: $15.00 to $15.00 an hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday-9:30am-6pm MST
