Legal Secretary

Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP is a law firm seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support attorneys in various legal tasks. The role involves document preparation, case management, and client contact, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in various legal tasks, including document preparation, case management, client contact, task prioritization and attorney/staff schedule management

Skills

• 1 year experience as a paralegal or legal secretary
• Proficient in legal drafting and document review processes
• Experience in a workers' compensation law firm
