Overview Epiq is seeking a limited duration Recruiter to support our Document Review Services business line. This role is responsible for recruiting, staffing, and onboarding attorneys and legal professionals for large‑scale, project‑based document review engagements across the United States. The successful candidate will work closely with Recruiting Leadership, Review Management, Operations, and other Staffing teams to ensure timely and accurate staffing aligned with active and upcoming client projects.
This is expected to be a 6‑month role with strong potential for extension and longer‑term career growth based on business needs and individual performance. Work Arrangement: 100% Remote | Up to 40 hours/week (Overtime Eligible )
Duration: Initial project of 6+ months, with potential for extension
Start Date: Upon clearance of background check
Pay: $28-$32; based on experience Responsibilities Support full‑cycle recruiting activities for temporary and project‑based document review roles, primarily attorneys and legal professionals
Staffing candidates using job boards, resume databases, referrals, social media, and internal talent pools
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess availability, qualifications, and interest
Communicate project details clearly to candidates, including duration, schedule, pay rate, and work location (remote or onsite)
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within Epiq’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases
Coordinate onboarding steps, including availability confirmation, credential collection, and hiring documentation
Partner with Review Operations and Staffing teams to understand project timelines, headcount needs, and candidate status updates
Provide a professional, responsive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
Adhere to all company policies, compliance requirements, and data confidentiality standards Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
0–2 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, legal, or customer‑facing professional experience
Strong interest in recruiting, staffing, or legal services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Flexibility to adjust work hours based on business needs, including evening and weekend work
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
