Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience in General Ledger Accounting in India
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated inclusive leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams with diverse backgrounds
- Proven experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and automation initiatives
- Strong accounting knowledge with good understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
- Enthusiastic self-starter and quick learner with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work across EU and US time zones and deliver within tight timelines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues
