Our mission is to bring our heart to every moment of your health, and we're committed to creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging that empowers our employees to make a difference. **A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care and service. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** Our Omnicare pharmacy is a closed-door pharmacy that provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings.
