Our purpose is to bring our heart to every moment of our customers' health, and we believe that our employees are the key to making this vision a reality. **A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technicians in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy of our data entry and processing tasks. Your day will be filled with a variety of challenges and opportunities, including: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws **The Team and Our Culture** Our Omnicare, a arenaflex Company, pharmacies provide care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings.
