We work with clients across a wide range of industries, delivering tailored NetSuite solutions — from initial implementations and module deployments to custom scripting, integrations, and ongoing optimization. The Role We're looking for an experienced Lead NetSuite Consultant to take full ownership of client engagements from scoping through go-live. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, lead cross-functional project teams, and bring the deep NetSuite expertise needed to drive successful outcomes across complex implementations. This is not just a senior individual contributor position — it's a leadership role. You'll guide teammates who may have less experience in specific areas, share your knowledge freely, and help raise the capabilities of those around you. What You'll Do • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations — from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, and go-live • Serve as the primary client-facing lead on your projects, managing expectations, timelines, and stakeholder communication • Collaborate with and guide project team members, providing mentorship and technical direction as needed • Translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions across modules relevant to the client's industry • Identify and address gaps in client processes, recommending NetSuite best practices and configuration strategies • Partner with technical team members (developers, integration specialists) to deliver complete solutions • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of SuiteCentric's delivery practices What We're Looking For Required • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting or implementation experience • Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations as the primary project lead • Strong working knowledge of core NetSuite modules — Financials, Order Management, Inventory/Procurement, CRM • Proven ability to lead client discovery sessions, document requirements, and manage project scope • Excellent communication and presentation skills — you're comfortable presenting to executives as well as end users • Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously in a remote environment • Availability during general U.S. business hours for client meetings and collaboration (with flexibility around scheduling) Nice to Have • Manufacturing vertical experience (WO/assembly, BOMs, production scheduling, shop floor workflows) • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or suite-specific credentials) • Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteQL, or Advanced PDF templates — you don't need to write code, but understanding technical capabilities helps • Experience working at a NetSuite partner or consulting firm • Comfort with AI-powered tools and an openness to integrating them into your workflow — we're an AI-forward team and love working with people who embrace that mindset Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $100,000 – $140,000 depending on experience • Performance bonus tied to billable revenue — rewarding you directly for the value you deliver • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • 14 days PTO + 11 paid company holidays • Company-provided equipment; additional gear reimbursable with approval • NetSuite certification reimbursement with approval Why SuiteCentric • You're never on an island — we're a collaborative team where everyone helps each other win • Work with a diverse book of clients across verticals — no two projects are the same • Flexible hours — we care about results and client availability, not rigid schedules • Grow into areas of NetSuite you haven't worked in before — we invest in learning • Small team, real impact — your work is visible and valued SuiteCentric is an equal opportunity employer.
