As a Lead Digital Customer Growth – Business Online Sales Accelerator, you'll drive digital customer growth, develop and execute strategies for digital interactions, and optimize digital demand and traffic routing. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance customer journeys, improve site performance, and drive digital sales growth across our ecosystem.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
### Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination
* Collaborate with digital and cross-functional partners to develop and execute strategies for digital interactions that require a human assist.
* Align traffic and lead routing to maximize total digital sales volume, drive customer experience, and improve operational efficiency across the landscape.
* Ensure seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms.
* Manage online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer development to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience that drives revenue and customer satisfaction.
### Demand and Traffic Strategy
* Lead and optimize digital demand and traffic routing in close partnership with marketing teams, prioritizing converged customer growth.

### Customer Journey and Experience Management

* Competitive salary range: $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual.
