Territory: Washington, Northern California, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana Location: Portland, OR | Must reside within 1 hour of a major airport Full-time | Field-Based | Hybrid (Home Office + In-Territory Travel) Reports to: Commercial Operations Manager About the Role: Powering Visible Vitality At Glo Skin Beauty, we believe skincare is self-care. We are a visible vitality platform rooted in the most trusted ecosystem of connected estheticians, spas, and professional-grade skincare. We are looking for a Key Account Executive (KAE)—a relentless disruptor, strategic hunter, and consultative partner who will establish Glo Skin Beauty as the authority origin in their territory. You will own a curated portfolio of key accounts, including medical aesthetics practices, wellness destinations, and prestige skincare retailers. Your mission is to build a "Guild" of successful partners by combining clinical credibility with commercial strategy, ensuring Glo is the brand they lead with in both the treatment room and the retail gallery. What You’ll Do: Drive Revenue & Hub Strategy • Strategic Ownership: Manage and grow a high-value territory, focusing deep ownership on key accounts while leveraging the Inside Sales team to support high-volume long-tail growth. • New Business Acquisition: Act as a relentless hunter to expand the brand footprint. Open a minimum of two high-quality new accounts per month that meet the brand's opening threshold. • Hero SKU Penetration: Drive adoption of our "Hero SKU" systems and franchises as the foundation of every account relationship. Build Deep Clinical & Business Partnerships • Lead with Clinical Authority: Position yourself as a trust-anchor, bridging the gap between professional backbar treatments (including our signature peels) and homecare retail penetration. • Consultative Business Reviews: Conduct regular in-person reviews to understand each account’s revenue model. Co-create retail and treatment strategies that drive "Visible Vitality" for their clients and profit for their business. • Education & Enablement: Deliver in-clinic trainings and protocol education in partnership with the Education team to ensure seamless backbar-to-homecare conversion. Execute the Omnichannel Flywheel • Social Media & Digital Presence: Leverage social selling to help partners build their own digital presence. Assist them in creating content and connecting their platforms to the Glo ecosystem to drive both service bookings and retail sell-through. • Omnichannel Journey: Strengthen the connection between digital discovery (Amazon/DTC) and the in-treatment room experience, ensuring a premium journey for the "Fearlessly Visible Woman." Territory Operations • Data-Driven Management: Use the CRM as your "Single Source of Truth" to track activity, forecast accurately, and maintain high hygiene standards for pipeline health. • Agile Travel: Travel up to 75–90% within your hub territory to conduct meetings, demos, and events. About You • Experience: 4+ years in B2B field sales (with a focus on key account management); professional beauty, medical aesthetics, or prestige skincare industry experience is strongly preferred. • The Relentless Hunter: You are a self-motivated "hunter" who understands that real partnerships are built through persistent, value-driven follow-up and new business acquisition. • Consultative & Commercially Fluent: You don’t just sell; you consult. You understand account P&Ls, can run high-level business reviews, and speak the language of your clients’ businesses to make Glo their priority brand. • Skintelligent Educator: You have a genuine passion for active ingredients and the ability to articulate our "Skin-First" clinical point of view to diverse skincare professionals. • Social Media Savvy: You understand the power of social selling and show up that way yourself.
