Job Summary
This role will serve as a speaker at our Autism and the Justice System conference. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering an informed discussion that addresses the experiences of autistic individuals within legal, law enforcement, or judicial contexts, sharing research, lived experience, or professional insights as appropriate. The speaker will engage with an audience that may include justice professionals, advocates, researchers, students, and community members, and may participate in facilitated discussion or Q&A related to autism-informed and equitable justice practices.
Essential Functions
Preparing and delivering a presentation focused on autism and the justice system, and participating in facilitated discussions and Q&A sessions
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Knowledge of autism
Knowledge of the Justice system
Physical Demands
Typically sitting at a desk/table
Typically standing, walking

Remote
Additional Information
This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
