• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear, professional communication with clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with WealthCounsel
• Experience with Clio or similar practice management software is highly preferred

• Health Insurance
• Generous PTO Policy
• 401(k)
• Bonus Opportunities
• *Why This Role Matters:**
This role is a key part of our team's ability to deliver thoughtful, well-organized estate plans to our clients. You will help ensure that each plan is prepared accurately and that clients feel supported throughout the process.
• *Application Process:**
Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and explaining why you are interested in this position (ie, law firms are my life, estate planning is my jam, I like what I’ve read about the firm online). This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you and your skills will be valued and developed.
