Apply via Dice today! • *Job Title:** Junior M365 Developer / IT Support Specialist Location-Remote • *Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated Junior Microsoft 365 Developer / IT Support Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft 365 environments while providing day-to-day IT support. The role involves assisting in developing solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. • *Key Responsibilities:** < data-end="608" data-start="556"> • *Microsoft 365 Development & Administration:** • Assist in developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft 365, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online • Support configuration and management of Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and SharePoint • Create workflows, forms, and automation to improve business processes • Help manage user access, permissions, and security settings < data-end="1005" data-start="985"> • *IT Support:** • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and Windows systems • Assist in onboarding/offboarding users (account setup, access provisioning) • Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution < data-end="1360" data-start="1319"> • *System Maintenance & Monitoring:** • Monitor system performance and ensure availability of services • Perform regular updates, patches, and backups • Maintain documentation for IT processes and solutions < data-end="1574" data-start="1537"> • *Collaboration & Improvement: • Work with senior developers and IT teams to implement solutions • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement • Support end-user training and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools • *Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Understanding of Windows OS, networking basics, and Active Directory • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell is a plus) • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • *Preferred Qualifications: • Internship or 2 years of experience in IT support or M365 development • Knowledge of SharePoint development/customization • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900) are a plus • *Soft Skills: • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset • *Experience Level:** 2–5 years
