What You Bring To The Table: As a Junior Insights Analyst (Person) you are the central contact person for our clients and media consultants in the network and are responsible for consulting on various research and analysis options with a focus on quantitative insights. • Project Management: The holistic management of quantitative insight projects is your responsibility – from the first briefing meeting to the study conception and data analysis to the result presentation to the customer. • Data Analysis: Through in-depth data analysis and your sound interpretation, you create analytical value and generate data-driven insights. • Visualization & Consulting: You prepare the insights visually in presentations and derive individual action recommendations for targeted customer consulting. • Data Generation & Preparation: For our holistic, technology-based campaign process, you generate and prepare data to develop new innovative solutions. • Portfolio Management & Innovation: Your contribution to the new development of our portfolio and our innovative methods is required to actively shape the transformation of marketing and media in the AI era. • Teamwork & Agility: In a network of specialized data and tech units, you work interdisciplinary and agile with a broad customer portfolio from all industries. What Sets You Apart: • Qualification & Experience: A completed degree (e.g. in social, media or business sciences, psychology, statistics) or training in the media, advertising/market research industry is a prerequisite; first experiences in quantitative market/media research are desirable, but motivated starters are also welcome. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to generate insights from raw data and derive strategic recommendations. • Customer Orientation: Enjoyment of preparing and conducting presentations as well as direct customer contact. • Learning Readiness: Curiosity and enjoyment of getting to know new industry-relevant topics and technical developments (e.g. AI tools). • Software Skills: First experiences in using MS Office and SPSS or R or comparable statistics software. • Language Skills: Very good communication skills in German and English.
