Location: Argentina (Strictly ARGENTINA BASED ONLY)
We are currently seeking a motivated, entry-level Designer to work on developing and implementing engineering designs under the direct supervision and mentorship of our engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a passionate beginner looking to start their career in design. As a Junior Designer, you will receive training and contribute to developing projects within the company while growing your technical skills.
Requirements:
Experience Level: Entry-Level / No prior professional experience required
Location: Must be a resident of and currently located in Argentina.
Software Familiarity: Basic understanding or academic experience with current CAD and BIM platforms. Familiarity with AutoCAD & Revit software (coursework or personal projects count).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Designer Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist in the day-to-day development of ongoing projects.
Drafting & Modeling: Model and draw in CAD/BIM software according to different project stages, working closely under the direction of engineers and senior designers.
Standards: Learn and help maintain company BIM standards.
Industry Learning: Develop an understanding of construction workflow processes and priorities through on-the-job training.
Task Management: Support multiple ongoing projects by successfully meeting task deadlines and learning to balance priorities.
Specific Responsibilities
Modeling & Drafting
Blueprint Interpretation: Learn to interpret engineering drawings and understand 3D modeling basics.
Software Navigation: Gain familiarity with various software visibility and graphics configuration options (view templates, filters, etc.).
Markups: Interpret red-line markups in PDF, and draw/model the corrections in CAD/BIM.
Implementation: Follow verbal and written engineering direction to accurately draw/model in CAD/BIM.
Cloud Collaboration: Learn to work within shared models in the cloud. Develop knowledge of AutoCAD fundamentals, including drawings, sheet configurations, layers, and xrefs.
Process & Quality
Software Best Practices: Learn and follow best practices and techniques to avoid file/model conflicts.
Standards: Adhere strictly to CAD/BIM standards, documentation guidelines, and workflow processes.
Project Interface: Assist engineers in basic project work modeling, detailing, and QA/QC checks. Respond promptly to project needs and help the team resolve design issues.
