Junior Business Development Executive

Company: Early-Stage Digital Marketing Agency Location: Remote Compensation: 26% commission on every closed deal (no base salary) About Us We are a fast-moving, early-stage digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through performance-driven marketing (SEO, paid ads, social media, etc.). We’re building our client base from the ground up and need hungry closers who can bring in business. The Role This is a pure sales role focused on client acquisition. You will be responsible for finding, pitching, and closing new clients. No account management. No fluff. Just results. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation • Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMEs, founders) • Use cold outreach: LinkedIn, email, calls, or your own methods • Build your own pipeline consistently • Sales & Closing • Run discovery calls • Understand client pain points • Pitch digital marketing services clearly • Close deals independently • Pipeline Management • Track leads and conversations • Follow up consistently • Maintain a steady flow of opportunities What We’re Looking For • Experience in sales, business development, or closing deals • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection • Self-driven and results-focused • Able to work independently without supervision Ideal Candidate • Has a hunter mindset • Motivated by high commissions, not salary • Wants flexibility and autonomy • Can bring in clients without being micromanaged Compensation • 26% commission per closed deal • No cap on earnings • No base salary at this stage • Opportunity to move into base + commission once the agency stabilizes Why Join • High commission structure (above market) • Full flexibility in how you sell • Early-stage → opportunity to grow into leadership • Direct impact on company revenue
