We’re building our client base from the ground up and need hungry closers who can bring in business.
The Role
This is a pure sales role focused on client acquisition.
You will be responsible for finding, pitching, and closing new clients. No account management. No fluff. Just results.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation
• Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMEs, founders)
• Use cold outreach: LinkedIn, email, calls, or your own methods
• Build your own pipeline consistently
• Sales & Closing
• Run discovery calls
• Understand client pain points
• Pitch digital marketing services clearly
• Close deals independently
• Pipeline Management
• Track leads and conversations
• Follow up consistently
• Maintain a steady flow of opportunities
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in sales, business development, or closing deals
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
• Self-driven and results-focused
• Able to work independently without supervision

Compensation
