Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Implement behavior support and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized therapy programs
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
- Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year minimum)
- ABA experience preferred, but not required (we provide training)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, or standing for periods of time
- Respond quickly to the movements and behaviors of children
