We're seeking highly motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' businesses and customers' lives. With a competitive base pay of $14 per hour and opportunities to earn more based on your performance, you'll be motivated to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a world-class customer service experience
- Providing information about current plans and products
- Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customers' needs
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high-speed internet connection with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet, secured workspace

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
