Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our mission by:
- Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system sourced from a continuous influx of images, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Identifying various document types as per the provided guidelines, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency.
- Reviewing and validating entered data to ensure compliance with our high-quality standards, upholding the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Engaging professionally with colleagues as required, fostering a collaborative and supportive remote work environment.
- Providing constructive feedback and suggestions for process enhancements, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Ensuring the completion of all assigned tasks efficiently on a daily basis, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
- Executing additional basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Typing proficiency of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy and 4,500 keystrokes per hour at 95% accuracy, demonstrating exceptional typing skills and accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

- Available Shifts: Flexible part-time and full-time positions, with a preference for full-time, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.
