Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Remote Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries
- Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
- Manage support; profile page creation/updating
- Filing, Information access, and Document production
- Create and update customer service issue tickets
- Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, in addition to overflow work from teams including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
- Manage the company's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
- General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
- Responsible for checking out supply products
Essential Qualifications:
- Work Remotely
- MS Office Suite proficient
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform essential work functions
