Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced entry-level remote data entry specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a data entry specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare data management systems. You'll work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, identify trends, and implement solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough studies and analysis of healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in data records, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
- Monitor and analyze data reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and careerzynith policies
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise information and updates on data management and analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve data management and analysis processes
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
- Working expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Experience in healthcare industry data management and analysis preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with healthcare industry data management and analysis software and systems
- Certification in data analysis, data management, or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
