Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. About the Role
As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for union members seeking information about benefits. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You'll also have the opportunity to upsell additional benefits to customers who are interested, but this will be done in a consultative and non-intrusive way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Educate union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, highlighting the value and advantages of each benefit
- Upsell additional benefits to customers who are interested, using a consultative and non-intrusive approach
- Work closely with union associations to ensure that benefits are accurately communicated and implemented
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes to benefits, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers
Requirements for Consideration
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our customers
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
