Responsibilities and Duties
As an Experienced Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting in processing weekly sales, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
- Sending out welcome packages and other related clerical duties associated with sales
- Providing exceptional client service and support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals
- Performing other administrative tasks as required, including data analysis, reporting, and research
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of office experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial services industry
- Excellent computer skills, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a post-secondary education or certification in a related field an asset
