As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
- Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicating with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer

To excel in this role, you'll need:
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
* Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
* Experience working in the airline industry or a related field
* Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar airline reservation systems
* Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
* High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
