• Handle calls on demand and render the meaning of conversations between Zyphe and English speakers.
• Break the communication barrier in industries served by LanguageLine Solutions.
• Process information quickly and recognizes sensitive cultural differences.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy during interpreting sessions.
• Follow client instructions in compliance with protocol to meet client expectations.
• Demonstrate commitment to cultural sensitivity and working in a diverse environment.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Zyphe and English and skilled in the associated cultural dynamics.
• Ability to provide cultural competency and assess regional and accent differences.
• Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills.
• Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and remain neutral.
• Education or work experience in language-related fields such as teaching, translation, or interpretation preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
