We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Intern to join our dynamic team. This Internship/ placement offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a business environment while developing essential skills in administration, communication, and project management. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, contributing to our B2B operations and supporting daily administrative tasks. What You’ll Learn & Do You'll be involved in key business functions across three areas: Human Resources • Assist with the recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination. • Support onboarding: preparing induction packs, helping with orientation sessions. • Contribute to HR administration, maintaining personnel records and processing new starter documentation. Marketing • Help develop marketing campaigns, including event promotion and online and offline material. • Create content for social media, newsletters, and our website. • Conduct market research to support strategy and engagement initiatives. Digital Marketing • Support social media management: planning calendars, monitoring KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions). • Assist in updating and optimising the website (copy updates, basic SEO). • Learn how to operate email marketing tools and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics). Requirements • Essential: • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or similar. Desirable: • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Mailchimp (or similar), and SEO principles. • Prior involvement in university societies, volunteering, or coursework in marketing/HR. • Creative mindset and enthusiasm for content creation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). • Excellent organisational skills—detail‑oriented, reliable, proactive. • A keen interest in HR processes, marketing strategy, and digital tools.
