Job Description
Regularly manage and triage inbound messages via Meta Business suite to flag and escalate any potential leads or concerns
Schedule and publish content across all platforms on time, following the agreed content calendar
Track post-level insights/analytics (reach, engagement, saves, etc.) and report which content types are performing best, so the team can replicate what works
Draft copy in both English and Tagalog for posts, captions, and replies where needed
Qualifications
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite required; hands-on experience preferred
Comfortable reading platform analytics/insights and drawing basic conclusions (not just reporting raw numbers)
Excellent written English and Tagalog
Proactive and responsive
Able to commit 3–6 months minimum, remote
