About the position The Associate Broker in our Minneapolis Construction team plays a key role in supporting the broking and servicing of client risks for Builder’s Risk, Master Builder’s Risk, and Contractor’s Equipment programs. Operating within established guidelines and under the supervision of experienced team members, this role applies technical knowledge to analyze exposures, assist in structuring risk, and contribute to the delivery of tailored insurance solutions. Broking Placement Overview The Associate Broker helps deliver superior results by leveraging deep industry-specific expertise to support clients’ business and risk management needs. Brokers serve as the firm’s intellectual capital, working closely with clients to assess, model, and structure risk in order to mitigate their total cost of risk. In this role, you will support the process of bringing client risks to market by preparing submissions, liaising with insurance carriers, analyzing data, and assisting in negotiations to secure competitive quotations.
