Intermediate Scrum Master
We invite an Intermediate Scrum Master to join our team and support the development of internal applications for a leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. You'll work with two distributed cross-functional teams – DevOps and Development – in a collaborative Agile environment. In this role, you'll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain Agile processes and reporting, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and time zones.

Is that you?
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders effectively
• Ability to gather, structure, and clearly communicate information from multiple stakeholders
• Comfort guiding and supporting teams in Agile practices and day-to-day collaboration
• Ability to adapt communication style to different teams, cultures, and individuals
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Upper-Intermediate English level
Desirable:
• Previous experience as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst
• Experience working in large enterprise or fintech environments
Key responsibilities and your contribution:
In this role, you'll support two distributed Agile teams working on internal system migrations and application integrations within a large enterprise environment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for two distributed cross-functional teams
• Support and guide teams in applying Agile/Scrum practices
• Ensure transparency through clear reporting and delivery metrics
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders
• Support smooth day-to-day collaboration across teams
• Identify and help remove blockers, dependencies, and communication gaps across teams
