### Job summary We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Intake & Client Onboarding Specialist to handle incoming leads, complete client intakes, and manage scheduling. This role requires strong communication skills, quick thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Working Hours: Evening/Night Shift ### Job descriptions & requirements • *Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to new leads via phone, text, and email • Conduct intake calls and accurately gather client information • Schedule appointments and send timely confirmations • Follow up on missed calls, no-shows, and incomplete intakes • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems • Deliver a smooth, professional onboarding experience for all clients • *Requirements: • Clear and fluent English communication (US or British standard) • Strong phone presence with excellent clarity and articulation • Ability to think independently and communicate without reliance on scripts • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable handling frequent calls and daily client interactions • *Compensation: • Competitive hourly pay, based on experience • Performance-based growth and advancement opportunities • *Work Schedule: 45 hours per week.
