• *Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to new leads via phone, text, and email
• Conduct intake calls and accurately gather client information
• Schedule appointments and send timely confirmations
• Follow up on missed calls, no-shows, and incomplete intakes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
• Deliver a smooth, professional onboarding experience for all clients
• *Requirements:
• Clear and fluent English communication (US or British standard)
• Strong phone presence with excellent clarity and articulation
• Ability to think independently and communicate without reliance on scripts
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling frequent calls and daily client interactions
