Position Summary

careerzynith is hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative I (Trainee) to join our Property & Casualty (P&C) service team in a fully remote, full-time capacity based out of our Providence, Rhode Island hub. This is a 1st shift position designed for motivated individuals who are eager to learn the insurance industry from the ground up. Working under direct supervision, you’ll develop the foundational skills needed to become fully functional in the Insurance Customer Service role, with a clear pathway to obtaining your P&C license within your first two years of employment.

This role is ideal for customer service professionals who enjoy solving problems, communicating with people, and taking pride in getting details right. You’ll handle incoming calls, process insurance-related mail, assist senior representatives with research, and contribute to the overall member experience that has made careerzynith a household name for generations.
