Responsibilities
- Convert inbound inquiries (phone, email, live chat) into closed sales opportunities
- Prepare and process contracts, rental agreements, invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
- Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate rental solutions
- Provide accurate quotes and pricing in a timely manner
- Follow up consistently on open quotes, sales leads, and inactive prospects to maximize conversion
- Prospect and generate new sales opportunities with both residential and commercial customers
- Identify upsell opportunities including moving supplies, premium options, and additional services
- Deliver professional, positive customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Resolve issues with a customer-focused and retention-driven mindset
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Maintain detailed notes and communication records within the CRM for follow-up and service continuity
- Support marketing campaigns by promptly following up on inbound leads
- Share customer feedback and market insights with management to improve products, pricing, and service offerings
- Identify and track, trends and opportunities that can drive additional rental and sales volume
- Proactively suggest improvements to processes that enhance efficiency and customer experience
