Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals remotely. You will be a key driver of our sales pipeline, engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Manage and progress a pipeline of opportunities through the sales funnel
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Accurately record all sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to maximise conversion
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar revenue-generating role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Excellent communication skills — confident on calls and compelling in writing
Self-motivated and target-driven with high energy and resilience
Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
Relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
Salary: R26,000/month | 100% Remote
