AWISEE is looking for an Influencer Marketing Customer Success & Analytics Specialist to support both client retention and campaign performance reporting. This hybrid role combines customer success responsibilities with influencer marketing analytics, making it ideal for someone who understands both relationship management and performance-driven campaigns.
The role will involve a 50/50 split between client retention/customer success and influencer marketing analytics & reporting.
Candidates with experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, account management, or performance marketing are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Customer Success & Retention (50%)
Manage ongoing relationships with influencer marketing clients
Maintain regular communication and ensure high client satisfaction
Support client retention efforts and identify upsell opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery and client expectations are met
Handle follow-ups, reporting updates, and campaign status communication
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Identify client needs and recommend suitable influencer marketing strategies
Analytics & Reporting (50%)
Track and analyze influencer campaign performance across multiple platforms
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, ROI, affiliate sales, and creator performance
Analyze influencer and campaign data to provide optimization recommendations
Support campaign forecasting and performance insights
Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and campaign documentation
Work closely with Influencer Marketing Managers on campaign improvements
Requirements
Previous experience in customer success, account management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or campaign analytics
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Understanding of influencer marketing and performance metrics
Experience with reporting tools, Google Sheets, or Excel
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
Excellent English communication skills
Experience working with agencies or international clients is a plus
